Taste the difference
Spread two slices of Nimble Malted Wholegrain with 30g mashed avocado. Top with 50g skinless, chicken breast and 40g sliced tomato and drizzle on a little Balsamic vinegar if desired.
Replacing the bacon with skinless chicken breast dramatically reduces the fat and salt content of the sandwich whilst the inclusion of avocado, which is rich in monounsaturated fats, can help lower LDL cholesterol.
Avocado is also a rich source of the antioxidant vitamin E which is great for maintaining healthy skin.
