Taste the difference

Swap high fat hard cheese such as cheddar for 60g of a low fat cheese spread, e.g. Philadelphia Light, and smooth onto two slices of Nimble Wholemeal. For the satisfying crunch and tang of traditional pickle, but with less calories, top with 25g of grated carrot and 10g of red pepper relish. If red pepper relish is not available, experiment with other flavours such as caramelised onions or even home-made relishes.
