PEANUT BUTTER WITH SESAME SEEDS & CRANBERRY JELLY

This traditional family favourite is also traditionally high in fat and calories. Our version is lighter and more nutritious and can be enjoyed by everyone. Mix 20g crunchy organic peanut butter with 5g sesame seeds and spread on a slice of Nimble High Fibre White bread. Top with 5g cranberry jelly and a second slice of Nimble.
Sesame seeds are an excellent source of iron and zinc and have a high phytosterol content, whilst cranberries contain powerful antioxidants which are reputed to be beneficial in the treatment of certain infections.
