PRAWN WITH LEMON AND BEAN SPROUTS

Taste the difference

Take 40g prawns and mix in a bowl with 10g bean sprouts and 5g lemon juice. Add 15g of Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing instead of mayonnaise and spread between two slices of Nimble Wholemeal bread.

The beansprouts are a crunchy source of vitamin C and B vitamins and are also a source of the phytoestrogen coumestrol, which is good for heart and women’s health. Prawns are naturally low in fat and contain a small amount of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
