DR. CARRIE RUXTON'S TASTY RECIPES
ROAST BEEF WITH RED ONION, RADISH AND BABY SPINICH LEAVES
Taste the difference
Spread two slices of Nimble High Fibre White with low fat spread and top with 45g of lean roast beef, 10g sliced radish, 5g red onion and 10g baby spinach leaves.
Like garlic, onions are part of the allium family which are reported to help reduce LDL cholestrol. Baby spinach is a good source of zeaxanthin which is important to eye health.
By choosing lean beef, excess fat can be avoided, whilst still providing an excellent source of iron, essential for healthy blood.
