TUNA & SWEETCORN
Taste the difference
Substitute tuna in oil with 65g of tuna in spring water and mix in 15g of natural, fat-free fromage frais instead of mayonnaise. Add 40g of sweetcorn and season with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread between two slices of Nimble High Fibre White.
The addition of sweetcorn to the sandwich boosts the fibre content, which helps to support a healthy digestive system. Using fromage frais reduces the fat content, especially the saturated fat and provides some calcium – great for bones and teeth!
